Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. The role involves pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets while ensuring quality by monitoring and stacking orders according to daily requirements. Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 25lbs repetitively, possess high attention to detail, and be adept at inventory counting. The position requires standing for 10 or more hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.

• Monitor product quality and stack orders based on daily orders.

• Perform inventory counting with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours a day.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations, production, and general labor.

• Proficiency in picking, packing, and palletizing.

• Familiarity with RF scanners and packaging processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a picker/packer in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution settings.

Work Environment

The work environment includes two shifts: 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) and 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12 AM (Monday - Friday), with potential for 10-hour days. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. Employees must adhere to GMP guidelines, wearing hairnets and/or beard coverings, and avoiding jewelry except for medical alerts and plain wedding bands. No false eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, exposed nail polish, perfumes, or after-shave are allowed in the production facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
