🔧 What You'll Do

• Assemble wood trusses using blueprints, jigs, hammers, and staple guns

• Read tape measures to 1/16 accuracy

• Occasionally work on knees (knee pads recommended)

• Catch and stack long boards from saws

• Use a carpenter square to check angles

• Label and palletize materials

• Stand completed trusses upright in the yard

• Work closely with forklift operators

✅ What You Need

• 6+ months of labor, manufacturing, or construction experience

• Able to lift 50 lbs

• Confident reading a tape measure

• Bring your own framing hammer, hammer holder, and 25ft tape measure (wood shop only)

• Steel-toed boots required

🕒 Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Thurs), 6:00 AM – Noon (Fri)

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Mon–Thurs), Noon – 6:00 PM (Fri)

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sun–Thurs) → Work 7 hrs, get paid for 8!

👕 Dress Code

• Jeans or shorts, t-shirt, steel-toed boots

• Summer: hot but ventilated | Winter: heated shop

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.07 - $23.07/hr.
