Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for handling bags of product ranging from 1-50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs. This role involves reading ingredients, counting bags on pallets, placing scoops and lids on containers, and stacking, sealing, and bagging products on production lines.
Responsibilities
Handle bags of product weighing between 1-100 lbs.
Read ingredients and count bags on a pallet.
Place scoops in cans/jars/buckets and secure lids.
Stack, seal, and bag products as they come off production lines.
Dump bags of product into appropriate equipment on production lines.
Essential Skills
Experience in general production and lifting.
Proficiency in bagging and quality control.
Skills in production, general labor, assembly, and packaging.
Ability to operate hand tools, perform packing, and machine operation.
Experience in picking, production line tasks, loading, and using power tools.

Work Environment
Work in a food production facility where food particles may be present in certain areas. Safety PPE is required. Shifts are available as follows: 1st Shift (7am - 3pm), 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm), and 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.36 - $22.41/hr.
