Job Location : Union,MO, USA
We are seeking both entry-level and experienced General Production Workers to join our team immediately. As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are accurately filled and bottled according to specifications. This position offers the opportunity to work on either the 1st or 2nd shift with a 4-day, 10-hour schedule.
Responsibilities include: monitoring line performance, performing periodic quality checks, making necessary adjustments, spot checking weights of filled products, documenting product and process information accurately, visually inspecting finished products for defects, breaking down lines and cleaning various parts, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Essential skills include experience in production or a fast-paced work environment, ability to work with hand tools and operate machinery, skills in line operation, order picking, and general production, and a high school diploma or GED.
Additional skills and qualifications include experience in high-speed manufacturing line operations and familiarity with line changeovers and making minor adjustments.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
