General Production - JELD-WEN : Job Details

Production Support personnel assist in every facet of the operation, as directed by Leadership, to achieve the goals and objectives of JELD-WEN products as written above and are involved in every phase of production from beginning to end; They gather the necessary materials, use the appropriate hand tools, and operate applicable machinery and equipment in the various plant while assisting in the achievement of production goals, quotas, and objectives. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operating machinery and affixing parts and support mechanisms to the product; trimming operations; final out with finished products, label and tally them accordingly to match appropriate paperwork; make necessary repairs to the product and load them where applicable. Maintains a positive approach while problem solving improvement opportunities.
