Join a Leading Manufacturer in Chicopee, MA as a General Production Associate - Entry Level Adecco is partnering with a top-tier client to fill immediate openings for General Production Associates in Chicopee, MA. If you're ready to start a hands-on role with great pay and consistent hours, this opportunity is for you. Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $18.49/hour
• Schedule: First Shift | Monday-Friday | 6AM - 2:30PM
• Location: Chicopee, MA
• Breaks: 30-minute lunch, no additional breaks

What You'll Do:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and products
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Support general production tasks as directed by your supervisor

What You'll Need:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• No prior experience required-training provided
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must pass a pre-placement background check
• Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
