- Pay Rate: $18.49/hour
- Schedule: First Shift | Monday-Friday | 6AM - 2:30PM
- Location: Chicopee, MA
- Breaks: 30-minute lunch, no additional breaks
What You'll Do:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and products
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support general production tasks as directed by your supervisor
What You'll Need:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior experience required-training provided
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must pass a pre-placement background check
- Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
