Production Associate - 3rd ShiftAdecco is hiring for Production Associates in Houston, Tx. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for executing tasks involved in our manufacturing processes while maintaining equipment and production facilities. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, conduct regular inspections, and promptly identify any deviations or defects. Assist in troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards.Production Efficiency: Maintain a consistent workflow by ensuring smooth machinery operation, adjusting settings, and performing minor repairs as needed. Focus on maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.Material Handling: Handle raw materials, components, and finished products following standard procedures. This includes loading, unloading, and moving materials within the production area.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly to supervisors or safety personnel.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production counts, machine logs, and quality control checks. Report production data and issues to supervisors or designated personnel as required.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations. Communicate and share information to foster a positive work environment.Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety.
