General Office Clerk Duties

Answer inquiries and provide information to the public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Good communication skills. Reliable, responsible and dependable. Must be able to perform all general office administrative services. Must be able to operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, and personal computers. Must be careful about details and thorough in completing work tasks. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems preferred. Must pass Drug screen and Background Check. Convictions will be reviewed on Case by Case basis.
