Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Restaurant General Manager. We are a growing restaurant group seeking creative, ambitious, and passionate individuals about food and people. This role reports to and collaborates with the Area Director of Operations to create exceptional dining experiences and lead the FOH service team.

The ideal candidate will have prior General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service, upscale restaurant, with availability for evenings and weekends. Experience with P&L reporting, inventory management, and strong food and beverage knowledge is required. Beverage knowledge is a plus.
