General Manager – Telecom Infrastructure
Compensation:To $375K+ (Base & Bonus)

Power Technology Associates, Inc. is conducting a search for an established global provider of mission-critical technology solutions.We are seeking a General Manager – Telecom Infrastructure to lead commercial strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration for a telecom-focused business. This executive will oversee sales, product management, and solution engineering teams, driving revenue growth, long-term planning, and operational performance. Responsible for full P&L of $250 million in revenue with annual growth of 20+%. Manage Directors of Sales, Product Management, and Telecom Engineering with 22+ personnel. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, deep experience in Telecom / Data Center hardware and solutions, and the ability to influence both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure continued market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive contact for customers within the Telecom Infrastructure division.
- Define and execute a five-year strategic plan, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Sell intp Tier 1 operators: Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, etc.
- Develop and optimize sales strategies, objectives, and channel structures.
- Lead operational planning, compliance, and execution to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Drive solution selling initiatives and ensure business platforms present the full product portfolio to customers.
- Collaborate closely with other business units to share customer insights and maximize growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of industry experience in telecom or data center infrastructure solutions, including exposure to hardware and large-scale systems.
- Proven leadership in sales, product management, and engineering, with at least 8+ years managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting Tier I telecom operators and delivering solutions for large enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success with P&L ownership, product lifecycle management, and revenue accountability ($250M+ scale).
- Strong fsmiliarity with Containerized Data Centers, O-RAN, Spectrum, and Fixed Wireless Access.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, global environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
