Go Luxury Auto Group LLC is a boutique retail store located in the Design District of Dallas. Family owned and operated, our facility spans over 14,000 sq ft of showroom space and 3,700 sq ft for storage. We specialize in selling luxury vehicles from various manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Maserati, Porsche, Audi, and more. Our goal is to serve a wide range of clientele in the DFW market and nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Used Vehicle Sales Director/General Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have finance experience.

Responsibilities
  • Forecast sales, gross profit, and key expenses monthly and annually.
  • Hire, motivate, counsel, and monitor used vehicle sales staff performance.
  • Prepare and manage an annual operating forecast and budget for the used vehicle sales department.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting used vehicle sales.
  • Assist sales staff in setting and achieving monthly goals, providing necessary support.
  • Develop and monitor a prospecting and sales control system for potential buyers.
  • Implement and oversee a follow-up system for used vehicle purchasers.
  • Maintain vehicle inventory based on market analysis and customer preferences.
  • Conduct regular sales and training meetings, establishing product knowledge standards.
  • Enhance dealership image and customer satisfaction through sales efforts.
  • Support salespeople in closing deals.
  • Coordinate with the new vehicle sales manager regarding inventory needs.
  • Keep staff informed of new inventory and advertising campaigns.
  • Appraise incoming used vehicles and oversee reconditioning within cost and time limits.
  • Manage the display of used vehicles and wholesaling activities.
  • Establish delivery procedures, including introductions to the service department and scheduling first service appointments.
  • Assist in developing advertising campaigns and promotions.
  • Attend auto auctions, approve purchase paperwork, and track auction results.
  • Develop relationships with outside sources for buying and selling units.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in management meetings and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Previous dealership and management experience preferred.
    • Strong leadership and training skills.
    • High energy, goal-oriented, and friendly personality.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent customer service, communication, computer, and math skills.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    Job Details

    Type: Full-time

    Pay: $140,000 - $300,000 annually

    Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.

    Education: High school or equivalent preferred.

    Experience: Automotive management & finance - 10 years (required), Car dealership upper management - 10 years (required), Hire & train - 10 years (required), Finance manager - 4 years (preferred).

    License/Certification: Valid driver's license with a clean record.

    Work Location: In person.
