Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your team greets all guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest loyalty.
  • Exemplify leadership by establishing clear goals, fostering trust, and maintaining open communication with your team.
  • Build a strong, motivated team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and providing timely feedback to team members.
  • Lead associates with fairness and consistency while upholding all state and federal laws, as well as company policies.
  • Strive for operational excellence by setting performance metrics aligned with company objectives and achieving financial targets.
  • Oversee food operations, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards for all menu items.
  • Maintain the restaurant's appearance and cleanliness, ensuring that all areas meet the company's standards.
  • Implement quality control measures, safety protocols, and other operational guidelines for successful food service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the District Manager.
  • Be prepared to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Working Relationships: Restaurant Clerks, Team Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, Restaurant Managers In Training, District Manager, Brand Manager, and various Corporate personnel and vendors.

    Minimum Education: N/A

    Preferred Education: High School diploma or GED.

    Minimum Experience: 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role in a restaurant setting.

    Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of overall restaurant experience.

    Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: Valid Driver's license. National Food Safety requirement (can be obtained during employment).

    Soft Skills:

    • Comfortable interacting with guests and team members.
    • High energy and enthusiasm.
    • Ability to easily switch tasks and adapt to changing needs.
    • Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues.
    • Basic computer skills are a plus.

    Scheduling: This is a full-time position that requires availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays as some locations may operate 24 hours.

    Hours & Conditions: Minimum 48-hour work week.

    Travel: Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required for banking deposits. Reliable transportation is necessary.

    Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle weights up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for 8 hours, and perform movements such as reaching, bending, and twisting. The noise level in the working environment is generally moderate.

    Other: Specialized attire is required within food establishments, including slip-resistant footwear and attire adhering to brand standards.
