This position involves directing and training supervisors in various areas, including production paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, safety, problem-solving, and more. The role is accountable for performance, safety, quality, workers' compensation, turnover, bid movement, team member morale, and other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS:Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Preferably, two years of employment at Tyson or equivalent experience. Familiarity with processing floor operations and HACCP certification is a plus, along with an understanding of basic HACCP principles and the ability to perform CCP monitoring and verification. Knowledge of fresh meats processing is also advantageous. Physical Requirements: Must be able to access all areas of the production floor for audits and inspections, including fixed ladders, stairs, and steps.
