Well established and growing company in Delaware has an exciting opportunity available for a General Mgr. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all departments: Sales, Manufacturing, and Accounting
• Manage plant operations: extrusion, production planning, quality, and logistics
• Drive business growth through customer engagement and market development
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and safety

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Background in extrusion or high-performance plastics is a must.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering results
• Strong grasp of financial management and operational KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing tools.
• Experience in thermoplastics, polyolefins or polymers is a must.
