ServiceMaster by Reed, a disaster restoration service, is seeking a full time General Manager/ Partner for our Dothan, AL office, servicing AL, GA and FL.*Willing to relocate a qualified candidate.*The ideal candidate must have management experience in disaster restoration (water, fire, mold damage), be IICRC certified, and have Xactimate experience. No others need apply.Compensation: Salary plus performance-based compensation packageBenefits:

  • 5 years minimum experience as a Sales Production or General Manager
  • At least 3 years' experience with water, fire, mold damage

  • Ability to work well with others on the team
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
