• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a quick-service or full-service restaurant
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries
• Proven ability to train, develop, and lead teams
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Hard-working, friendly, enthusiastic, honest, and customer-focused
• High energy and achievement-oriented
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to train at an existing restaurant location for several months
• Ability to pass a background check

• Position is full-time, mid-senior level management
• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
