Job Description

Pilot Flying J is on the hunt for highly-skilled and experienced General Managers to oversee our bustling quick service restaurants. Relocation is required for this position.

As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial and operational success of the restaurant, taking charge of key responsibilities including:

• Delivering outstanding hospitality and guest experience
• Fostering a positive and engaging work environment for team members
• Executing decisive Human Resource actions
• Conducting thorough P&L analysis
• Managing and optimizing inventory

Pay Rates Starting between: $53,000.00 - $76,900.00 / year

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess exceptional leadership abilities and customer service skills, demonstrating integrity and accountability at a managerial level.

Additional requirements for the General Manager position include:

• 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry, with a focus on financial performance
• Demonstrable experience in high-volume retail management with P&L oversight
• A flexible schedule that accommodates nights, days, weekends, and holidays
