Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at the Marriott Energy Corridor in Houston, TX. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and efficient management of the property. Responsibilities include staff management, financial oversight, strategic planning, and maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing business strategies to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management and overseeing property operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
