We're seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive growth for a senior care franchise in the Marble Falls area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in people management, operational leadership, and team development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic oversight for daily operations, including finance, staffing, HR, client services, and sales.
  • Develop and manage the annual operational plan and budget.
  • Achieve revenue, profit, and operational goals by defined milestones.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Uphold company policies and business ethics, ensuring consistent communication and implementation across all staff.
  • Drive performance across all departments, implementing changes as needed to meet business objectives.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain collaborative relationships with other franchise owners and corporate support teams.
  • Perform other duties as needed for the successful operation of the business.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–10 years of relevant business or operations leadership experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage office staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and day-to-day oversight.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and supportive work environment.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines.
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and decision-making ability.
  • Experience in the senior care industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and business technology platforms.
  • Flexible to work evenings or weekends if needed.
  • Ability to recruit and develop high-performing team members.
