General Manager - Horizon Hospitality : Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager for a premier camping resort located in Sussex County, NJ. This resort offers a blend of outdoor recreation, family-friendly amenities, and lakeside relaxation in a welcoming, guest-focused environment. It's an ideal opportunity for a hospitality leader looking to oversee a well-established property that values exceptional service, operational excellence, and community-driven experiences.Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 (Base salary of $95,000 - $105,000/yr plus company-paid housing), bonus program, medical stipend, and PTORequirements:

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in the lodging industry
• Oversee all daily operations of the resort, including lodging, grounds maintenance, and guest services
• Lead, train, and manage a diverse team across departments
• Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy, increase revenue, and control expenses
• Foster strong guest relationships through a hands-on management style
