Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Park City, UT. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive membership sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, training and mentoring staff, handling administrative and financial duties, and maintaining studio equipment and appearance. Salary range $50,000-$70,000.

• Proven experience in management, leadership, and team development
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, and achieving revenue targets
• Knowledge of health and fitness industry standards and trends
• Ability to create and maintain a positive, motivating environment
• Proficiency in utilizing management and scheduling software
• Passion for fitness and wellness; prior Pilates experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
