Kidokinetics is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial leader to drive business growth and manage a high-performing team. This full-time, flexible role focuses on prospecting and enrolling schools and daycares in Kidokinetics' physical education programs, building client relationships, and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business development by meeting weekly outreach and follow-up targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise coaches; schedule and manage staff.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies, including networking and social media.
• Oversee daily operations, program quality, and adherence to Kidokinetics standards.
• Cultivate positive partnerships with schools, community organizations, and parents.
• Organize and execute events, demos, and community initiatives.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
• Proven success in business development and sales, preferably in a field-based role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience working with children; coaching or sports background preferred.
• CRM and social media marketing experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Physical and Other Requirements
• Able to engage in active, indoor/outdoor work and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Pass a level 2 background check.
