Job Description :
- Responsible for directing all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality manufacturing, engineering and customer service
- Will mange plan budgets, resources and KPI's
- Will maintain ISO, OSHA and environmental standards
- Will oversee 3 plant supervisors, lead the companies lean transformation roadmap and adoption of lean principles
- Will implement and sustain 5S, value stream mapping, Kaizen, SMED and visual management
- Will maintain a strong floor presence
- Must have a strong lean manufacturing background
- 10 years of leadership experience is required
- Must have prevous experience with budgeting, cost control and KPI's
- Machining experience, CNC, assembly, grinding and gear hobbing experience is required
- Been in business for over 100 years!
