Urban Air Adventure Park in Tukwila is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team, drive results, and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. • Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $100,000
• Bonus potential based on performance
• Relocation assistance available (up to $5,000)

What You'll Do

Lead People

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Create a fun, supportive work culture—especially for first-job team members.
• Recognize and reward achievements while developing future leaders.
• Build strong community partnerships to promote the park.

Drive Operations

• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
• Oversee all aspects of park operations: attractions, food & beverage, guest services, and more.
• Maintain high standards of service and consistency across the team.
• Foster positive employee relations while holding managers accountable.

Manage Financials

• Execute marketing strategies to grow revenue and market presence.
• Control inventory, labor, and expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Analyze reports, identify opportunities, and create action plans for growth.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of facility, hospitality, or entertainment operations management experience (theme parks, family entertainment, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants).
• A natural leader with strong character, judgment, and the ability to motivate others.
• Proven track record of achieving financial and operational results.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Adaptable, energetic, professional, and passionate about guest service.
