This role involves managing team meetings and training sessions, ensuring adherence to our ServiceTitan software, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Manage daily operations under the owner's direction.
• Hold team meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate weekly with the PatchitUP franchise support team.
• Become the champion of our ServiceTitan software (Maintain a highTitan Advisor score).
• Oversee payroll reports, including commissions.
• Procure materials and manage inventory.
• Conduct ride-alongs with technicians to ensure adherence to the operations model.
• Recruit and build a strong team.
• Hold employees accountable to their roles and KPIs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet expectations.
• Network with referral businesses in the community. Be the mayor of the community!!
• Manage profit and loss to ensure sustainable profitability/expansion levels.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing operations and teams.
• Proficiency in using ServiceTitan or a willingness to become fully proficient.
• Ability to handle payroll, procurement, and financial management.
• Commitment to creating and maintaining a positive work culture.
