The responsibilities include overseeing restaurant operations, building a strong team, hiring and developing employees, conducting orientations, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing budgets and financial plans. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and analytical skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
