What You'll Do

• Lead overall facility operations to maximize productivity, meet customer requirements, control costs, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Own the plant P&L, including developing and managing budgets, capital expenditure planning, and monitoring key performance metrics.
• Oversee prepress, press, and bindery operations to maintain top-tier quality and on-time delivery.
• Set and achieve quality, safety, and efficiency targets across all departments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, customer service, and sales to meet customer expectations and resolve challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in commercial print manufacturing, preferably in plant or location management.
• Strong track record with P&L management, budgeting, and operational planning.
• In-depth knowledge of printing, finishing, and binding processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 10+ years of print manufacturing leadership experience
• (OR Associate's degree + 12 years of experience).
