General Manager - Staffers : Job Details

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of a convenience store location with a strong focus on food service. This role ensures a customer-first culture, drives sales and profitability, develops and leads a high-performing team, and maintains compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
