Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for people, performance, and exceptional service? We're looking for a General Manager to lead and inspire at one of our high-performing collision repair centers!About The RoleAs a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations across multiple departments—estimating, services and parts, auto body technicians, painters, and maintenance. You'll play a critical role in driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.What You'll Be Doing

• Set and achieve performance goals for operational efficiency and profitability
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, staffing, supply management, and cost controls
• Lead and develop a strong team—hiring, training, coaching, and rewarding success
• Ensure team understanding and performance against KPIs
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance partners
• Maintain high standards in safety, repair quality, and regulatory compliance
• Address customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
• Conduct regular vehicle repair inspections and ensure work meets company and industry standards

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree a plus)
• Valid Driver's License
• 3+ years of management experience in the collision repair industry
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong business acumen, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations, OSHA, and environmental safety practices
