Salary: $83,200 - $100,000 per year, based on experience

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
• Strong coaching skills with effective feedback delivery

• Willing to master every restaurant position before teaching others
• Caring attitude towards guests and team members
• Humble and eager to learn
• Experience managing large teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled in ordering and inventory management
