Job Overview: The General Manager oversees hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, financial success, and compliance with standards. Leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and Management: Leading staff, recruiting, training, and managing department heads, promoting teamwork.
  • Guest Experience: Ensuring high service standards, responding to feedback, monitoring reviews.
  • Financial Management: Budgeting, monitoring financial performance, maximizing revenue.
  • Sales and Marketing: Developing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue, exploring new business opportunities.
  • Maintenance and Facilities: Partnering with engineering for upkeep and safety.
