Stuteville Auto Group is seeking a results-driven Automotive General Manager to lead our CDJR dealership in Poteau, OK. If you're a seasoned leader with a passion for developing teams, driving growth, and delivering outstanding customer service - we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all dealership operations: Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
• Set and track departmental goals to maximize profitability and performance
• Manage inventory, forecasting, staffing, and expense controls
• Ensure compliance with Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) standards
• Champion a culture of customer satisfaction and team accountability
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing department managers and staff

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of automotive dealership management experience (CDJR experience strongly preferred)
• Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and KPI management
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Experience with DMS and CRM systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
