As a General Manager you will be responsible for:
- Facility Operations
- Sales and Marketing
- Hiring and Recruiting
- Employee Training and Management
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be willing and able to work nights Mon-Fri from 4pm to 1am and Sat-Sun shifts between 6am and 1am.
- 2+ years successful sales experience
- 1+ years Formal leadership/Supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales, and business operations
Preferred:
- Team sports knowledge and experience
- Working knowledge of business financials
