Who will you be working with?

You will be working directly with the Shuttlewagon business unit at Wabtec, collaborating with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance. Your primary interactions will include dealer network partners, internal teams, company headquarters, and leadership.

How will you make a difference?

You will drive the strategic growth of the Shuttlewagon product line, which includes rail car movers and an electric series. Your leadership will focus on expanding market share, increasing sales and earnings, and creating recurring revenue through aftermarket parts and service offerings. You'll be responsible for innovating product design, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the business unit's profitability.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, engineering, and operations
• Proven track record managing P&L for industrial manufacturing businesses
• Experience with OEM dealer networks or capital equipment dealer sales
• Strong strategic thinking and process management skills
• Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

Your day will involve:

• Developing and executing growth strategies
• Monitoring business performance metrics
• Communicating with headquarters and leadership
• Leading team meetings and strategic planning sessions
• Reviewing product development and market trends
• Engaging with dealer network partners
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Primarily light duty work
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds

• Use of hands and fingers to handle tools or controls

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $161,300.00-$229,800.00. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location.
