Ceramic Pro San Diego is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our elite team and oversee operations at our flagship 7,000 sq. ft. facility in Miramar—the cornerstone location of the global Ceramic Pro brand. This state-of-the-art studio services 125+ high-line vehicles per month, including Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Porsche, and McLaren. The right candidate brings a strong blend of operational leadership, marketing savvy, sales expertise, and relationship management—all within a polished, luxury-focused environment where attention to detail and customer experience are everything. Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in automotive, detailing, or service
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and people management skills
  • Familiarity with PPF, ceramic coatings, and window tinting (preferred)
  • QuickBooks and inventory software experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service instincts
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving ability
  • Working knowledge of Ceramic Pro products is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of a high-volume shop with 12+ staff
  • Maintain and implement SOPs to ensure top-tier service and efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and inventory tracking

Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team across multiple service lines (PPF, tint, ceramic coatings)
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and team development sessions
  • Foster a positive and professional shop culture

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects the highest level of service
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-end clients

Sales & Marketing

  • Collaborate with the executive and marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive revenue
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Support social media and content efforts to promote services

Financial Management

  • Manage the shop's budget, revenue targets, and monthly reporting
  • Use QuickBooks and internal dashboards to monitor KPIs
  • Implement cost control strategies without compromising service quality

Quality Control

  • Ensure consistent, elite-level outcomes across PPF, tint, and coating installs
  • Conduct regular inspections and identify process improvements

Health & Safety

  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Conduct regular training on safety and equipment use
