What you will do:
- Partner with FOH and BOH management teams to maximize sales and optimize profits through managing P&L, inventory, and controllable cash to meet forecasts and budgets.
- Lead high-volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality, service, presentation, and guest experience meet standards.
- Perform line checks and facility walks with BOH team, ensure follow-up and documentation, and participate in EcoSure & Health inspections to maintain a safe production environment.
- Manage FOH & BOH employees, in collaboration with the Executive Chef, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, controlling labor costs, training, performance appraisals, and employee development.
- Facilitate development channels for management and key hourly team members.
- This role typically requires a 50-hour work week over 5 days, with flexibility based on restaurant needs.

- Have over 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Possess strong financial knowledge and understanding of business operations.
- Are caring, self-motivated, and exhibit leadership, coaching, and excellence-driven qualities.
