The role involves overseeing the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team, hiring, training, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer concerns, and managing budgets and financial plans. • Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong decision-making skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
