The day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and profitability through effective execution of the company's business plan.
• Creating a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among team members through training, communication, and relationship building.
• Maintaining professionalism when dealing with customers, team members, and corporate management.
• Acting as a role model by adhering to all relevant laws and company policies.
• Working with integrity, honesty, and accountability in all situations.

• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience in fast food or quick service restaurants.
• Background check may be required.
