The General Manager will oversee operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and achieving profitability goals. Responsibilities include:

• Administrative duties such as report writing, communication with stakeholders, and financial analysis.
• Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating department managers.
• Promoting positive community relations and public image.
• Monitoring property condition, costs, and service quality daily.
• Traveling for corporate meetings and industry events.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a focused-service hotel General Manager.
• Experience managing a restaurant with B&C operations is preferred.
• Human Resources experience is highly desired.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
