Role

This isn't just a training role—it's a launchpad for the next generation of Wildman leadership. You'll work directly with our Chief Operating Officer and General Managers to drive:

• Strategic growth initiatives
• Operational excellence
• Leadership development across teams
• Lean and continuous improvement projects
• New business opportunities in local markets

All while learning our business from the ground up and building relationships that matter.

What You'll Do

• Complete a robust, rotational training plan across departments and locations
• Support local GMs and their Production & Service teams in operations and people development
• Lead special projects that impact the bottom line
• Help shape and implement strategies for customer growth and retention
• Travel regularly to Wildman locations across the region to collaborate and lead
• Live and model our core values in every interaction

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior General Manager experience leading multiple functions (multi-site preferred)
• Proven ability to develop people and lead through others
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Willingness to relocate for future leadership roles
• Alignment with Wildman's values and mission to keep facilities clean, safe, and looking great

Location

• Home Base: Warsaw, IN
• Travel: Regular travel to regional locations is required
• Future Placement: This role is designed for future placement in a senior operational leadership role, location TBD
