General Laborer- Palletizer - Post Holdings : Job Details

This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability. Ensures regulatory Compliance. This position is responsible for safely moving, recording, and tagging palletized product. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Check package quality (dirt, labels are applied, etc.) 2. Operate MR-60 robot 3. Troubleshoot MR-60 including relacing suction cups, adjust taper/rollers, clean filters. 4. Operate Lantech wrap machine including changing rolls of film. 5. Complete necessary documentation? 6. Make sure material is kept separated, neat and stored properly and labeled. 7. To follow all HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines. 8. Perform lock out/tag out 9. Watch, correct and report safety issues. 10.
