General Laborer- Packer (3rd Shift) - Post Holdings : Job Details

Performs rotation of all general production and labor duties in the department. This position is responsible for inspecting product and packaging. Position helps ensure correct packaging, counts and labels. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Inspect/ Check the quality of eggs. Removes broken eggs. - Places proper labels on boxes - Understands dates, expiration and item numbers. - Ensures that bags and pails are properly sealed and clean. - Stacks flats of CHEX product onto the proper pallet. - Supply material to Top Lidder machine - Load material into case erector - Helps keep production area clean. - Follows proper SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) - Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained.
