Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.Responsibilities--- Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.--- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.--- Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.--- Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces.--- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.--- Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements--- High School diploma or equivalent.--- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.--- Must be 21 years of age or older.--- Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred).--- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.--- Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.--- Good communication and time management skills.--- Must pass a background check and DMV record check.Compensation & Benefits (After 90 Days)--- Dental insurance--- Health insurance--- Vision insurance--- Life Insurance#ZRCompensation details: 18-21 Hourly WagePI4f803#######-25660-#######9
