General Labor - Graphic Packaging International, LLC : Job Details

This position is an entry level operator and is responsible for assisting operators, making equipment adjustments, cleaning the equipment/ facility, and performing other designated tasks in a safe and efficient manner in accordance to the standard operating procedures (SOP). JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following. Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates. Operate mobile equipment in support of cleanup efforts in the various areas of the Mill. Appropriately handles issues with equipment or paper when situation arises. Maintains all documentation of daily and monthly rounds in accordance with the current standard operating procedures and documents contained in the employee training manual. Monitor and make adjustment to the equipment, including visual checks for crossed ropes, machine jams, and other equipment malfunctions.
