General Labor- Day Shift - Post Holdings : Job Details

This position is responsible for the preparation and packaging of products in the precooked area, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and food standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect product exiting ovens for correct size, shape, color, and weight to ensure it meets required specifications. Realign product before freezer entry to maintain flat, smooth, and uniform shapes. Sort and inspect frozen products for damage or non-conformance with company and customer standards. Perform sanitation duties as needed to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Add fillings to designated products. Fold omelets or squares as per specifications. Count patties and place the correct number in each case. Assemble boxes and insert liner bags. Follow all GM - Ps (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety policies. Ensure sanitary conditions are maintained and report any issues that may impact food safety, food quality, or personnel safety.
