MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, demonstrations, and practices.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Understanding of Whitlam Group Recycling Program (in-house training)3. Understanding of proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals (in-house training).JOB DESCRIPTION: To maintain a clean and safe working environment. Perform all duties and functional responsibilities.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Empty trash (which may weigh up to 75 lbs.) in all Manufacturing Areas and maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.

Handle materials, tools and equipment with proper care and respect.

Lift boxes that can weigh up to 50 lbs.

Sweep, mop, and spot clean floors, walls, etc. in Manufacturing areas in accordance with outlined procedures and time schedules.

Empty Recycle bins in plant and office areas.

Empty paper shredder.

Maintain Recycle gaylord area and notify supervisor when pick up is required.

Sweep/Clean-up around employee entrances.

Empty Rag cans daily per outlined procedures.

Comply with all pertinent departmental and company policies, procedures and instructions.
