• Drive the customer shuttle and ensure it's clean and gassed up for morning rides

• Keep the front office, waiting room, and restrooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked

• Restock and organize the coffee bar, fridge, and snack area

• Check lighting, windows, floors, and customer areas for cleanliness and functionality

• Remove trash and maintain a neat, welcoming customer environment

• Perform daily checklists to ensure every detail is handled

• Support Service Advisors with errands or customer handoffs as needed

• Friendly, reliable, and service-focused

• Great attention to detail and willingness to take initiative

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for shuttle driving)

• Able to lift 30-40 lbs and move quickly around the facility as needed

• Basic comfort using a smartphone or tablet for task lists/check-ins
