General Counsel - Bohan & Bradstreet : Job Details

Revenues are growing; next generation of technology is forthcoming; customer retention is 90+%; and customer satisfaction is 99%. Company is profitable and poised for growth due to pending new AI technology that will attract new business and reduce operating expenses.

CEO is looking for a General Counsel to be hands-on as required and an influencer on strategy and business wellness.

Key areas of responsibility are:

• Legal strategy
• Enterprise risk management
• B2B contract development and administration
• Intellectual property
• Labor relations and practices
• Compliance and regulatory
• Litigation and dispute resolution
• Corporate matters (i.e., acquisitions, new start-ups)

REQUIREMENTS: Law degree required. Seek 10+ years of business acumen and legal experience with areas of responsibilities in the above areas. Ideal candidate will come from a technology driven B2B corporation servicing domestic and international markets. Must be willing to travel 10% to 15%. Local candidates first choice. No relocation offered. Hybrid or in-office.

REWARD: $240,000 to $270,000 DOE plus short- & long-term rewards, and superior benefits.
