\n\n. Check drivers in and out.\n. Verify paperwork for both inbound and outbound.\n. Dispatch trailers based on daily shipping schedule and customer priority.\n. Check-in and check-out trailers and maintain accurate trailer logs\n. Coordinate with yard jockeys to move trailers to and from docks efficiently\n. Monitor dock availability and communicate with operations to avoid delays\n. Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth trailer flow.\n. Track and document trailer locations and status using the warehouse management system (WMS) or trailer tracking tool\n. Follow and enforce yard safety protocols during trailer movement\n. Assist with end-of-shift reporting, documenting delays, issues, and trailer status\n. Support inbound/outbound scheduling as needed\n.
