POSITION DESCRIPTION This position will be responsible for assembling multiple product SKUs based on standardized work instructions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS - Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and instructions
- Inspect the quality of parts and materials used in production
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
- Follow company procedures
- Follow all ISO standards and procedures
- Test finished products for defects
- Maintain required tools for the assembly
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly production quotas assigned by supervisor
- Track weekly project status and report back to supervisor
- Maintain thorough knowledge of assembly protocols and adjust as needed
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Work in tandem with other production employees to establish a division of labor as needed
- Clean and organize workstations
Perform additional duties as required to support the department's effective operation.
QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational education/training is preferred but not required
- At least one (1) year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
- Quality focused and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive communication style
- Ability to stand and/or and sit for long periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee may be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull and operate office machinery and motor vehicles.
- Must be able to lift to (50) pounds
- Most of the work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment. However the employee could be exposed to severe, inclement weather and varying degrees of extreme temperature of a warehouse. The employee may be exposed to various industrial chemicals and cleaning agents, as well as strong odors and loud noises.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS Schedules will vary depending on business needs, typical shifts are staggard to fall between 7am-5pm.
